Anna Diaz assisted a two-day workshop on Specify while attending the 40th Annual Meeting of the Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections. The workshop was intended for current Specify users to get to know the more advanced capabilities of the system.

Convention
Anna Diaz attended the 40th Annual Meeting of the Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections (SPNHC) in Lawrence, Kansas, USA. The meeting was be held at the University of Kansas campus. Plenary and concurrent sessions, along with committee meetings, workshops, presentations and Annual Business meetings took place over the course of the week.

The CBB organised the second edition of Biodiversity Day, a scientific convention dedicated to the study and dissemination of biodiversity research. The event brought together numerous researchers who presented their latest work. Among them, the following contributions were made by CBB:
